Uber will continue to support any partner who has their vehicle impounded while operating on the Uber platform provided they can answer the following information.

  1. Were you driving the vehicle at the time? If not, who was the driver?
  2. What was the reason provided by the enforcement agency for impounding your vehicle?
  3. What was the vehicle registration number of the impounded car?
  4. What was the trip number OR what was the time and date of the trip when the vehicle was impounded?
  5. Please provide the address OR street where the impoundment took place.
